We understand that shopping for personalized jewelry can be a big decision, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because each piece is custom-made to your specifications, we have a tailored refund and return policy.

  • Return Policy for Custom Jewelry: As our jewelry is made to order and customized according to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you received the wrong item or there is an error in the engraving, we will make it right for you.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may require photos of the item to assess the issue. Once we confirm the problem, we will provide a return shipping label and guide you through the return or exchange process. We will either offer a replacement or process a full refund based on your preference.

  • Incorrect Engravings: In the rare case that there is an error in the engraving of your jewelry (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect personalization), we will correct the error and send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please reach out to us as soon as you notice the mistake so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • Refunds: If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund, which will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed once the item is returned to us, and you will receive a notification once the refund is completed.

  • Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your custom piece due to an error on our part, we will offer you an exchange. The replacement will be sent free of charge, and we will cover the return shipping cost of the original item. If the product is returned because of a mistake on your part (e.g., incorrect engraving details), we may not be able to offer an exchange or refund, but please reach out, and we will do our best to find a solution.

  • Order Cancellation: Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible due to the customization process. If you contact us after the 24-hour period, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.
